Useful things to include

• Which size. The three numbers from inside the temple of a pair you own, or the width across your face at the temples. The fit guide shows where to find both.
• Which lens. Whether you want a frame to take to an optician, something for a monitor, or readers. The lens guide settles most of it, and we will not pretend a screen lens does more than it does.
• A hinge, screw or coating that has gone. A photograph and roughly when you bought it. That is a guarantee claim, and we pay the postage.
• An order. Anything can change until the label is printed, which is usually the next morning.
• A return. Start it by email; the address and a returns note come back the same day.

Opticians

If you are glazing one of our frames and want the lens shape as a file, the groove depth on the half-rim or the base curve on the wrap sunglasses, ask. We send it the same day.
