The outer corners lift about 4 mm above the inner ones, which is as far as we take the shape; it reads as a cat-eye without becoming a costume. Both colourways are translucent, so the frame picks up some of whatever is behind it. Short 140 mm temples suit a smaller head.
Pale acetate shows scratches and any ink that gets on it, and it loosens in heat like all acetate. The lens is the plano screen lens: no prescription, no medical claim, a faint yellow cast and a coating that wants cleaning more often than you would like.
